The overal literature review must be presented in the following format:

● It must be word-processed in 12 point Arial font and double-spaced

● All pages must be numbered

Use recent academic sources, preferably from 2017- 2022

Don’t forget to compare and contrast the literature, find the gaps in the literature and draw recommendations.
