Address each of the following components using your own words:
    1. Subjective data: chief complaint, history of present illness, demographic data, risk factors, previous medical, surgical, and psychiatric history
    2. Objective data: physical exam findings
    3. Recommended diagnostic tests
    4. Provide appropriate management options for the diagnosis. pharmacological and non pharmacological
    5. Use the most current clinical practice guidelines to support your management plan.
    6. Present information in a logical, meaningful, and understandable sequence that is relevant to the discussion topic.
      1. Grammar, spelling, and/or punctuation are accurate.
      2. Good writing calls for the limited use of direct quotes. Direct quotes in discussions are to be limited to one short quotation (not to exceed 10 words). The quote must add substantively to the discussion.
    7. Reference Citation: Provide references with complete information as required by APA (0-1 errors). Include in-text citations included for all references AND references for all in-text citations (0 errors).
