In this assignment, you will determine the populations affected by the change being studied in the QI topic you chose in assignment #2 (Capstone / Nursing #2,) and address the needs of this population with respect to information delivery.
- Is there more than one population affected by this issue?
- Describe those persons affected

- How will you address the information needs of different groups?
- What leadership theory will work best to bring about change?
Deliverables
A 2-page (400 words) paper
Step 1 Identify the population affected
Determine whether there is more than one group you will need to address with your QI project.
Do the needs of multiple groups vary, and in what way do they vary?
How will you best deliver the information to each group?
What leadership theory works best when attempting to implement the change proposed for the QIP.
Step 2 Gather evidence
Using current research and other evidence-based resources to support your decisions, identify the needs of each group that you may be required to address with your QI project.
You will also identify and describe which theories of leadership and change will be best suited to insure the success of your project.
Step 3 Citations/References
A minimum of 3 resources utilized for this assignment. Cite your resources used within the body of the paper and also show your resources in your reference list using APA 7.0 formatting.
Step 4
If your TurnItIn score is higher than 25, you should review and edit your submission to improve the score (lower is better).
