This business concept will be a bakery but not any everyday bakery we are all use to. This bakery will specialize in making only French pastries. At this establishment you are able to eat small portions, no need to buy the whole cake when you only want a slice. This bakery will be located in St. Johns, Antigua. It will be in an area name Jolly Habour, this location is where most of the resorts are which means they are always in need of catering for events like weddings and birthday parties. The target market is tourist and the local members of the community. We will sell items like macarons, mini cupcakes, Truffles, petit fours etc. I would need about 20 employees for front of the house service, catering and back of the house service.
