B: Create organizational change strategies for your system-level intervention

Create two (2) organizational change strategies for your system-level intervention (described in A). Support your statements/arguments with evidence.

For each organizational change strategy:

  • Describe the strategies (see template, page 5, Table 1).
  • Describe the goals of each strategy (see template, page 5, Table 1).
  • Describe the strengths and weaknesses of each strategy (see template, page 5, Table 1).
  • Explain how each strategy addresses a public health issue (system gap/deficiency from Module 2 SPP) (see template, page 6, Table 2).
  • Explain the expected outcomes (see template, page 6, Table 2).
  • Describe steps that you might take to implement the strategy (described above) within the public health system or organization (see template, page 7).
  • Identify which participants (stakeholders, target populations, etc.) you might involve and explain why (see template, page 8).

Support your statements/arguments with evidence:

  • References: five or more peer-reviewed articles, less than 5 years old
