Part 1 Health Equity Analysis: Use evidence-based secondary sources and knowledge gained throughout the Georgia Department of Public Health to analyze the extent of Opioid Addiction and Coordination. This should be 4-6 pages. Use double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, one-inch margins, and the latest edition of the APA manual for formatting and citations.
A. Describe the extent to which the social determinants of health efffects and are considered within the Opioid Surveillance and Coordination How do they correlate with social justice and equity?
B. Explain the roles social and behavioral health science frameworks, theories, concepts, or models play in order to impact behavior change, justifying with academic resources.
C. Which theoretical framework or model does the Opioid Surveillance and Coordination follow? Do you agree, or would you suggest using a different one to support the work of this program? Be sure to keep your explanation with specific examples from credible sources.
D. Identify an alternative viewpoint, such as a stakeholder might have, on the public health issue addressed by Opioid Surveillance and Coordination, justify evidence that would support the viewpoint.
Part 2 Evaluation: In this section, you will define and defend the method you have chosen to evaluate Opioid and Coordination, then carry out the evaluation by answering in detail the questions appropriate for your chosen evaluation. Your evaluation should include but not be limited to the following:
A. Explain the type of evaluation method you have chosen to evaluate Opioid and Coordination (formative, process, outcome, or impact), and define what goals this evaluation will meet.
B. List the evaluation questions that will be addressed using your selected evaluation method. Examples of questions that may be asked can be found in the “Evaluation Questions by Method” document found in the resource section of your learning environment. ( I have attached a PDF)
C. Provide a written evaluation by answering each question with appropriate detail.
Explain a plan for addressing differing viewpoints and suggest ways the Opioid Surveillance and Cooridation could be altered to meet the needs of both parties.
