Many states or communities have mental health boards and providers that may provide a safety plan on their websites. 

Research websites for different organizations in your area to see if you can find another example of a safety plan. Include the link in your initial post this week. Are there any additional items you would like to add to your plan? Are there any potential strengths or barriers to creating a safety plan with a client that should be considered or included in the safety plan? Finally, do you have any concerns about using a safety plan with a client that may be part of a marginalized population?
