Evaluate the interdisciplinary needs to support your QIP on the unit where you will present your QIP. These might include any/all/none of the following needs:
- Revising your project to create a more interdisciplinary team effort to the design and roll out
- Revising a teamwork intervention to include pharmacy in the planning and implementation of the intervention
- A community intervention that includes dieticians in the planning and development of healthier food choices in the cafeteria
Step 2: Interview a stakeholder.
Interview at least one key personnel and stakeholder from the unit in the evaluation of the project technology needs.
Step 3: Identify the leadership theory.
Identify and describe the leadership theory that will work best to establish and strong interdisciplinary relationship for this project. Describe the aspects of the theory you have chosen that make this particularly applicable to your situation.
Step 4: Write an analysis.
Make sure to include the following information in your analysis:
- Identify the topic of your QIP.
- The interdisciplinary needs you determined are necessary? Explain.
- A summary of your stakeholder interview.
- The impact of health care policies on your QIP.
- Any revisions you find necessary based on your analysis.
Step 4: Cite your sources.
A minimum of 3 resources (less than 5 years old) should be utilized to complete this assignment. Be sure to cite sources using APA 7.0 formatting. Include a reference list.
