Observe nursing care at your place of employment. Identify five nursing interventions that are commonly used. These could include IV starts, triaging, medication reconciliation, or any other nursing intervention. Complete the table in the handout. Please include one intervention that is not research based, if possible, from your hospital. Step 2 Complete the handout.
