| The Communication Plan This assignment satisfies PLO # 2 Assignment Overview In this assignment, you will develop a communication plan regarding your identified quality improvement project. Identify the stakeholders in the process and how you will communicate the necessary information to the stakeholders including the evidence-based practice research supporting your plan. Deliverables A four- to six-page (1000-word) paper | Step 1 Discuss the needs of a communication plan. You should consider the needs of your evidence-based quality improvement project, such as audience, how you will communicate to your audience, and any special considerations you may have about the audience and/or the information you are delivering to the audience. Step 2 Create your communication plan. Using current research, including the information from the Annotated Bibliography you submitted, and other evidence-based sources to support your proposed QI project, create a plan to address your evidence-based QI topic to the stakeholders you have identified. Make sure your plan addresses the following questions: Who are the primary stakeholders? How do you plan to disseminate the information to your stakeholders? Why it is important to have inter-professional communication and collaboration? How does the nurse’s role in this evidence-based topic, and implementing change, align to professional values and behaviors in patient-centered care? Step 3 Cite your sources. Be sure to cite sources using APA 7.0 formatting. The writing rubric attached below will be used to grade this assignment. |
