I do not want a general idea about communication, a summary, or an explanation of a concept or theory. Be specific! Be open to the experience of developing your narrative identity. Just write about your experience. Be sure to introduce which lecture (video) you’re talking about to clarify precisely what you are talking about, talk about your personal experience relating to that lecture, and at the end mention what aspects of that lecture you touched on.
